July 7, 2025, ATLANTA—We Love Buford Highway, a nonprofit that works to preserve the multicultural identity of Atlanta's Buford Highway, will hold its third annual FEAST fundraiser on Friday, August 15, 2025, starting at 6 p.m., at Factory Atlanta in Chamblee.
Funds raised at FEAST will directly support the operations and programs of We Love Buford Highway, recognized as Atlanta's most culturally diverse corridor. These unrestricted funds are vital for building capacity and strengthening We Love Buford Highway's ability to continue its critical work during a time of rapid growth and change along the corridor. Funds raised will support programs such as Feeding Families, The Buford Highway Business Circle, The Buford Highway Youth Orchestra Project, the Oral History Archive, and more. These programs support the people and places that make the community unique.
"FEAST has become a meaningful tradition over the past two years, and we’re proud to bring it back once again," said We Love Buford Highway Executive Director Lily Pabian. "This event is more than a celebration—it’s a crucial way for us to raise the resources needed to protect Buford Highway’s rich cultural fabric. As rapid development continues to reshape our region, our mission to preserve the multicultural identity of the corridor has never been more urgent.”
FEAST is an evening of flavors, experience, art, stories and tradition. It offers an immersive celebration of the rich cultural tapestry that defines Buford Highway, Atlanta's original international corridor. This year, FEAST will highlight the culture and flavors of Peru, featuring a buffet catered by Tio Lucho's. Tio Lucho's chef, Arnaldo Castillo, was a 2024 James Beard Awards semifinalist.
