Seungmin Lee is the 2nd generation owner of Hello Chicken Seoul Grub, a local staple serving the flavors of the infamous Korean-style friend chicken and other street food snacks. Seungmin is also one of We Love BuHi’s oral history, Heroes of the Highway.
