Ching Hsia is the owner of Yen Jing Chinese Restaurant, located in “Korea town”. A family-owned restaurant with a style of cuisine distinctive to the migration of Chinese to Korea. The restaurant opened in 1991 and was the first Chinese restaurant in Atlanta to ever receive AJC’s three-peach (star). They specialize in handmade noodles and dumplings.
